GreenField Terrace

GreenField Terrace is an enhanced assisted living community in Lancaster, New York, part of The GreenFields Continuing Care Community. It serves seniors who require care between traditional assisted living and skilled nursing, including those who need assistance with medical equipment or mobility such as getting in and out of a chair or bed.

The community features only 12 enhanced assisted living apartments arranged around a central enclosed courtyard, allowing residents to garden and enjoy outdoor space while receiving individualized attention. Nurses are on-site 24 hours a day, and Care Partners provide assistance and care services tailored to each resident's needs. The community offers 24-hour assistance with daily living activities and medication management.

GreenField Terrace prioritizes person-centered care, allowing residents to set their own schedule and choose activities that matter to them, whether reading, playing board games, or resting in their rooms. The community does not operate on a fixed schedule but instead adapts to each resident's preferences and needs.

Residents have access to the full range of services available on the greater GreenFields Campus, including social, cultural, educational, spiritual, and recreational programs. They can also access physical therapy and rehabilitation services, arrange transportation to medical appointments with doctors in Western New York, and enjoy opportunities for socialization with friends and family.
