I had TKR surgery. I went for outpatient PT twice a week for 2 months. My therapist, Craig K. was amazing! He is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and very supportive. I was very comfortable with him. Craig listened to me when explaining my knee issues and offered valuable advice. Craig's expertise and encouragement helped me reach my goals - my knee strength and mobility have significantly improved! Thank you so much Craig! 😊 I would highly recommend Greenfield Health and Rehab outpatient therapy.

My family member was in the section A rehabilitation unit. The social workers, nursing, therapists and aides were dedicated professionals. The food they served was extremely good with a large selection. I would recommend this facility.

I have had two knee replacements & two shoulder replacements. With each one I went to greenfield outpatient physical therapy & each time was given excellent care. With my last shoulder replacement I was given a physical therapist by the name of Jordan. I couldn't have asked for any one more knowledgeable, kind,& compassionate! He knew exactly what to do to get me on the mend! I was given explicit instructions on what to do at home (including pictures) He made each visit so enjoyable with his easy demeanor & sense of humor! He lit up the room with his personality. I would highly recommend this facility & if ur lucky to get Jordan u will b very pleased. This is not to take away from any of the other therapists....they all have great knowledge & will get u back to normal soon!! I'm very happy with my results!! Marie keane

My husband was in the Greenfield rehab facility for 2 weeks after a total knee replacement. They were phenomenal. Physical therapy two times a day with occupational therapy one time per day. Nick has impatient therapist was well in tune with what my husband needed and his progress. He was great. The staff was attentive, the food was a well balanced diet, nutritional and tasty. Unbelievable food. Once released he continued his outpatient therapy at the Greenfield Outpatient Rehab with physical therapy. He has one-on-one therapy with highly qualified therapists. Andrew and Craig are great. They give him a printout plan, they don't walk away as he's doing his therapy as other rehab facilities do because they have to work with two or more patient simultaneously. It is one-on-one treatment and this has made a positive difference in his rehabilitation, and has given him a positive attitude toward his recovery. Whether it's inpatient or outpatient, I highly recommend this facility and cannot extend my appreciation enough for the quality work they do.

I had previously used a different company and was very disappointed. When I entered your facility Craig was working with another client but after setting them up he immediately came over to assist me. He took time to greet me and set me up with an appointment. When I came in for my appointment he took the time to diagnose the issue and carefully explained what we needed to do. I was very impressed with how he spent time with me and made sure he communicated what everything he was doing. Very impressive! I was in retail management for over 40 years and he is the type of employee I would have loved to have. He is a great asset to your organization. I would highly recommend him to anyone needing PT! Thank you Craig K for making me feel you cared about me and my wellbeing!
