We have been here about five years now, and couldn't be happier with the decision to live in this active adult community. The campus is well maintained, the staff and board are very responsive, and if you want activities - there are plenty. Our neighbors are great and welcomed us from the beginning. Five stars!

Beautiful, clean grounds. The amenities are top-notch. MANY activities and groups. Welcoming atmosphere. Warm, friendly staff. Wide age span.

my parents lived there for 26 years. They sold the place at a loss. There are no sidewalks or trails to encourage seniors to practice to play "tennis" . You would think they would let the seniors walk on the golf course on a trial temporary basis to see how popular it would be. My guess it would be more popular than residences golfing. I have tried that and was thrown off the golf course. No one was on the golf course anyway! There is no good contigus sidewalk connection to the supermarket. They were originally promised a super market on the whitingham side. You would think they would make sure they had a good sidewalk connection to the super market at least. You would think they would have a good walking path. There is enough property to do so. It is very popular in parks and would encourage residents to walk and possibly to learn to play tennis. My advise stay away!!

This retirement community is very clean. The security gate makes sure u are going to a home by calling resident to say you are at the gate before letting you in. Its in a nice location near doctors and grocery store. There are a few other nice stores to visit and good places to eat in the same shopping center. The shopping center has a courtyard to sit in as well. This development is also close to public library with lots of programs.
