It’s a very nice facility, however I’d rather put someone I love in a place where the executive director actually cared about the residents and the staff. He’s too busy worrying about his own image instead of worrying about the residents needs and concerns. Everything trickles down from the top, and the top isn’t doing the job that needs to be done.

WOW! My granddaughter and I got accused of smoking in my mom's room as we were cleaning it up. Neither one of us smoke. We used scrubbing bubbles, furniture polish, and Windex to clean her apartment. They only do light cleaning, so it's not done very well. . I guess they don't know what a clean bathroom is supposed to smell like. Not to mention they shouldn't have bother my 89 year mother about this problem. Not cool!

We couldn’t be happier with our choice to move my 83 year old mother into Green Oaks of Valparaiso. The facility is beautiful, with a modern boutique-hotel feel. When we first met Georgianna, Terri, and Monica, they were so accommodating and set the tone for the rest of the wonderful staff throughout the community.<br><br>Chassity, Skylar, and many others have been true bright lights — always kind, helpful, and attentive. My mother jumped right in, enjoying a wide range of activities and plenty of outings outside the building. She felt at home almost immediately, and her apartment is absolutely lovely.<br><br>I’ve never seen an assisted living facility run with this level of professionalism. My family and I love my mother’s new home — and so does she!

The only horrible thing about this place is that no one helps you move in you have to have family it's disgusting they have no maintenance no men or crew to help assisted living patrons moving IN HERE ITS UNACCEPTABLE... What if the residents didn't have family. You all need to do better.. offer moving services when people are paying thousands of dollars to live in this place. IT'S DISGUSTING HOW YOU DON'T HELP
