We have had several family members stay at Great River Care Center. The stays have been nice. The staff works to get to know the residents which is endearing. It's a smaller facility but that's what makes it more like home.

Only put a 1 because it wouldn’t let me put a -5. Most horrible management I have ever witnessed in my 23 years in healthcare. The Director of Nursing should loose her license. Never have I seen such unprofessional behavior. I pray the other current residents do not have any significant medical needs because the incompetency level is significant and resident safety should be a big concern. I will make it my personal goal to make sure no one else is treated the way our loved one was.
