My Mom has resided in Bluff Haven since 2015. Our family has seen a major decline in the nursing care and in the meals since 2016. Floor staff, CNA’s, cleaning crew, activities etc are excellent. Aides & CNA’s are kind, caring and skilled at their jobs. Facility is clean & well cared for. It is unfortunate that there are areas that need extreme changes, nursing care & food prep!
