I had a great experience working with this facility . They were professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled smoothly. Their positive attitude and dedication really stood out. Highly recommend!

A well maintained and clean facility. The staff is very caring and patient, always taking the time to make residents feel respected and heard. Questions are answered promptly. There is a noticeable sense of teamwork throughout the facility. The food is well-prepared and nutritious with a good variety. They have activities that keep the residents engaged and active. The therapists are patient and encouraging. I would recommend it to anyone seeking reliable and supportive care.

All of the staff was so caring for my Mom during her short stay. Little did we know that she was only going to be with you and us for 5 days. The staff quickly moved Mom to the Hospice Room, when we knew she was declining. They even moved her things, like her dresser and statues and hung pictures on the wall. You were very accommodating to us, being such a large family. They provided drinks and snacks and whatever we needed. The nurses, aides and hospice workers were very caring and attentive to Mom's needs.

The care that Ronald and Marlene McLane our parents received was very good in our eyes ( Rod & Mike Mclane) caregivers/nurses/ cooks office people/TO hospice - to ALL THAT I MISSED !! Questions we had for any staff were always answered with care and was explained - and we were updated alot with both of them on their care ! We recommend the Guttenberg Care Center staff for great care and for decisions that we had to make at times working with us as we had many questions for them !! We very much appreciative of the care that you all gave my folks . Rod McLane P S. Never know when we may need you down the road intge future it may be my dad again or maybe me ;) 😉
