I’m truly surprised at the number of good reviews this facility has. My father is currently here for rehab following a hospital stay. I was called yesterday to schedule a meeting today to go over his care plan with a team of 3 people. I took off work to make the meeting work and was here on time. 10 minutes after the meeting should have started one of the team, the assistant nursing director, showed up saying the other two weren’t going to make the meeting. A meeting they set up. To make all this worse, she didn’t have any answers about the care plan, my father’s care, excepted discharge date or follow up. The lack of professionalism and answers here is mind boggling. I’m now concerned about the care he’s receiving or lack there of and his general safety. Think twice before sending a loved one to this facility.

It has taken me years to find the strength to write this, because every word comes from a place of heartbreak. My mother should still be here. The only reason she isn’t is because this facility failed her in ways no human being — especially someone vulnerable and trusting — should ever experience.
My mother was disrespected, talked down to, and treated like she didn’t matter. She called me crying, telling me a nurse had verbally abused her and slapped her. Imagine the pain of hearing your own mother say that. That nurse is gone now — because I fought like hell for her — but the damage was already done. And nothing I do will ever bring her back.

I was a pitbull for my mother’s wellbeing. I watched, I questioned, I pushed, I demanded. And still… they failed her. She deserved compassion, dignity, and safety. Instead, she suffered.
This review is not just a warning — it is a plea from a broken heart: stay present, stay aware, and never assume your loved one is being cared for just because someone in a uniform says they are. Do not blindly trust healthcare administrators or directors. In my experience, they protect their image and their bottom line long before they protect the people in their beds.

Been here for about a year, love the people and the staff, even though I'm here for long term I still get physical therapy. This place is lovely I see a few complaints but if you let them know right away they will address it quickly. Thank you so very much love this place.

Had a friend stay here for short term IV, Really great staff and people all of them are super nice and the care is amazing especially the patience they have with some of the residence here who are not very nice. I’ve always seen the residence outside of their rooms and all the staff here always interact with the them. My friend who stayed here never had a bad word to say they were lovely and the food was delicious. The receptionist her smile was always very pretty

This was a place where our loved one needed to be closely monitored and cared for after a very traumatic experience due to weakness and infection. He was hospitalized for 4 days and then arrived at your facility to recoup until being discharged home. As the family we know how much care just one person requires to function optimally. We are so thankful for the kindness of everyone involved in helping us get to the discharge point. The receptionist, assistants with meals/toileting/showering, the social worker, ALL the nurses and coordinator of PT/OT/pain management and wound care etc… everyone went above and beyond to make the experience a good experience. So, thank you ALL from the bottom of our hearts for ALL YOU DID and for who you are!!! A million thanks! A million stars for you!!!! Much appreciation The Giuliano Family.
