My parents have been at Mariella since Oct 2025. The staff are really wonderful, the building and grounds are beautiful and the food is really good. We have experienced three other assisted living facilities and were so relieved to find Mariella. My parents are both happy there and it gives my brother and I peace of mind that they are well cared for as their needs have increased. Catherine in sales is especially wonderful as well as Tatiana at reception and many of the caregivers who have been there for many years like Jackie, Dalal and Yaz. There are too many wonderful caregivers to name. Raymond and Miller are especially kind to my parents. I would highly recommend Mariella to anyone looking for a home like environment with more support.

Mariella of Grapevine is a fantastic place! My grandmother has lived here for 4 months now and it's been beyond wonderful. Here are some top highlights. PEOPLE: The entire staff is engaging, personable, and friendly. Everywhere you look the staff members are actually *engaging* with the residents, from chatting at meal time tables to personally checking in the rooms multiple times throughout the day. My grandmother has benefitted immensely from this mental and social engagement. People know who you are and no one slips through the cracks. The staff has been so accommodating to our family and even let us pass out cake for my grandma's 90th birthday in the dining area! CLEAN and SMALL: Mariella is clean, well maintained, and modern with fresh decor, rooms, and common spaces. The dining area is the perfect size without being too overwhelmingly large for the residents. The complex is easily walkable for someone in a walker or with limited mobility. No elevators or multiple hallways to get lost in. Beautiful outdoor garden area with small walking path around ponds. There is also a small party room. AMMENITIES: Laundry service, showering/changing services, room cleaning--it's all here. The on-site hair salon is also a huge bonus. My grandma gets her hair done weekly and it looks amazing! FUN: The Mariella staff puts together a packed calendar each month. Everyday there is something new to try. There is a movie/entertainment room, ogames, fitness classes, chat sessions, veterans groups, communion options from a local visiting pastors, social activities, and more. A big highlight is monthly "Family Nights" at Mariella, usually complete with an outside performing group (arts, music, dance, etc) and a holiday theme. These have been great to engage both the residents and visiting families. FOOD: My grandma says that she loves the food. There is a full menu with daily specials, dessert, and top-tier service that really makes residents feel like they are in a restaurant rather than an assisted living facility. There is no waiting in a buffet line or carrying food trays here. The team brings all freshly prepared food directly to the residents at their assigned tables. These assigned dining tables have been amazing for my grandma. It provides friendship, frequent community, and daily socialization. Our family has gotten to know my grandma's tablemates quite well through this design... an unexpected blessing! If you're looking for the best of best in the DFW area, take a tour ASAP of the Mariella. Mariella has revitalized my grandmother's life and likely given her additional years to live compared to the previous assisted living place she was at in Oklahoma. From the moment we walked through the doors, we were welcomed with genuine warmth and professionalism by Angel and Tatiana and the entire team. It was immediately clear that hospitality and care are part of the culture here. Catherine stood out for her depth of knowledge, passion, and her deep connection and understanding of the community’s history. She took the time to answer every question thoughtfully, demonstrating not only expertise but a sincere commitment to the residents and families she serves. What truly sets this community apart is its people. The team is engaged, attentive, and clearly invested in creating a supportive and meaningful living experience. The apartments are spacious, well-appointed, and designed with comfort in mind. For families exploring assisted living or memory care options in the Grapevine area, this community is a strong and compelling choice—where professionalism meets heart.

Beautiful community filled with amazing employees and residents. The hospitality and friendliness in their assisted living and the memory care were memorable. I would be happy to have my loved one live at Mariella.

This is the best place in town for assisted living! My mother moved in this kind and caring facility 4 years ago. I was so worried about placing her in a home. I’ve been her caregiver for over 5 years, and covid really took a lot out of us both. She is doing so wonderful there - she has friends to talk to, fun activities to attend to, and qualified caregivers who treat her with love and respect. The facility is cozy and intimate, the staff is amazing in both their capability and the way they treat everyone with dignity. The food is excellently prepared from scratch, and the place feels like home. The facility caters to residents that need a little more individual care and succeeds at that fabulously. I feel so much gratitude for finding this place. It is located approx 20 miles from where my husband & I live, we checked out other places when it was time to move my mom out of independent living with her increasing Parkinson's. Nothing compared. The staff is marvelous, the rooms are so sweet, and the ability for the residents to live in a real home and not an institution is invaluable. I would highly recommend it for anyone that wants a home-like atmosphere for their loved one!
