As a Senior Advisor in the Rockford area, I frequently accompany families on tours of assisted living communities and continue to follow up with them after admission. The Grand Victorian is consistently one of the communities families speak highly of after moving in.<br><br>One thing I really appreciate about touring with The Grand Victorian team is that they provide practical and useful information without overwhelming families. They do not spend an outrageous amount of time showing every square centimeter of the building. Instead, they focus on the areas residents will actually utilize and then sit down with families to clearly explain the information they truly need to know to make an informed decision.<br><br>The Grand Victorian has also maintained a very high occupancy rate over the years, which says a lot about resident satisfaction and the reputation they have built within the community.<br><br>When I provide assisted living options in the Rockford area, The Grand Victorian is always included because it has truly become a staple in the local assisted living market.

My father moved into the grand Victorian in Rockford, IL, two years ago, very reluctantly. Fast forward, he settled in beautifully, made friends to last a lifetime and fell in love with each and every employee. My dad passed way 2 weeks ago with not only family surrounding him but the staff and residents were always close by. I’m not only grieving the loss of my dad but also the loss of my daily visits at the Grand Victorian! Run to the GV with your loved ones and pray there’s a room available. It’s an amazing facility which becomes family very quickly. I can’t say enough good things, they deserve so much more.

I recently met Kyle from the Grand Victorian of Rockford and was impressed by his knowledge of the senior industry, his compassion for seniors and his professionalism. If I know of anyone seeking senior retirement living in Rockford, I will definitely send them Kyle's direction.
