My mother was here for rehab. The staff were excellent with her and our family on communication. The facility was older but clean. I would recommend this facility to anyone who needs rehab.

My dad has been a patient/resident here for about a year and a half. He is thriving! I visit very regularly, at a minimum of once per week, and have become familiar with most of the staff and a few other residents. I have found the majority of the staff to be very helpful and personable and I have never experienced an issue that wasn't addressed and quickly resolved. The facility itself is older but it is clean and my dad tells me he's comfortable. I have experience with other rehab/health facilities and can say without hesitation that they ALL experience very similar issues with regards to maintenance, food choices and staffing. I would not hesitate at all to recommend Graceville Health Center.

My husband was in for 29 days. Worst experience of his life. They were late on giving medicines and when they ran out of a medication they just marked it as given. Nurses and CNA-s are lazy. CNA's were rude and rough. They do not answer the phone and when they do they hang up on you. The place is dirty. Social worker (Brittany) did not check on him. You have 2 choices lay in bed all day or sit in a wheelchair (that is to small)all day. Nurses and CNA's go hours with checking on patients. We went in through the VA and have let them know how horrible the place is.

Treated my mother like trash, like she was gonna die and they were just dealing with her!!!! It was like jail, concrete walls and a thin bed, food was terrible!!!! My mom just needed a little help getting on her feet after an illness. Me and her are way better humans than the nurses there, we have helped our community tremendously... I just wanted her to have a little more respect, and I believe they charge like 12,000 a month to be there, it would be hard for me to stay there if they paid me!!!
