Predatory is the only word that can describe this hospital. 4th Highest poverty level in Florida and want $250 for an Xray. No payment plan, No exceptions. Disgusting. No pricing posted online (against the law). I hope this place shuts down soon. Community would be better without it. That horrible big lady with the black hair at the ER desk needs fired. She has single handedly destroyed what little customer service that place did have. You can tell her coworkers are in fear of her. It’s pathetic.

Last time I went to this hospital a few years ago, they missed a fracture in my jaw and in my wrist. Even though they took xrays. They were discovered a week later, by my dentist and then by my orthopedic Dr. I wish I had remembered this,before I got there tonight, to check out my possibly broken foot. Visit from dr was less than 3 seconds. He didn't touch or look at my foot from a distance closer than 3 feet away. I am going to go to my orthopedic surgeon ASAP. Nobody should go to this hospital. Drive to enterprise, Dothan, Panama city if you live in the middle of nowhere like I do.

My relative had a stroke and was discharged the next day with a blood pressure of 180/100. You're putting your life in your own hands going to this medical facility. He should have went to Panama City, at least they would not have discharged him until his blood pressure was stable.

Go anywhere but here. The staff are rude, and try to push you out even though they just gave u pain meds and are waiting for your ride. My husband broke his heel the only thing they did was give him a shot of pain meds and took an X-ray and basically kicked him out. Checked him out without his knowledge. Shame on y'all. The only people that were nice were the new guys that pushed his wheeler chair out.

Went there today to to get a ultrasound. Everyone was really nice and tentative from the moment I got there. Until the nurse came in to ask me what was going on. She really seemed like she didn't want to do her job or she was just trying to discredit my medical needs. Not sure which one it was or if it was either of those reasons why but she finally did as she was told and I got my ultrasound done regardless of her being focused on trying to tell me something. She really presented herself as if she didn't know that gallstones couldn't be easily picked up on a CT scan or that even cholesterol-based gallstones even exist. Anywho she ordered the ultrasound after she finally pulled her head out of her you know what. I have a heart condition from birth and I don't have time for pissing contests. But besides that everything was great
