They stopped giving me rides "right now" because I guess INSURANCE is behind in paying them. I understand this, but some advanced notice would of been the right thing to do, so I could get another ride service. Also, most of the time they were late in picking me up. 100% UNPROFESSIONAL!!

Most of the people are very sweet but they are never on time, they also have a habit of stopping at the wrong adress to pick you up, could get over the fact of my grandmother being late to almost every appointment if some of the employees weren’t so rude :(

Had an appointment in Mankato with Grace transportation. Was ready to go but Grace transportation did not arrive to pick me up. I had 4 weeks for this appointment to remove my cast. Very disappointed!!!
