If I could rate this facility 0 stars, I would. Communication between the owners and myself has been rude, accusatory, and extremely unprofessional. I was told to “LISTEN TO ME” over the phone when discussing a client in their care, and then the owner hung up on me moments later. I was simply updating them on a situation that THEY brought up to me earlier that morning. You can find other places that will treat you better, trust me.

So i wanted to stay at this place, so my nephew went out to check out this place to make sure it was accesible for wheelchairs etc... and it was, so i was ready to say yes to this place when, i guess they was going to put me into a room with another person and i was good with that but i guess he wasn't, so tell me how can they refuse me when this is a 10 person capacity place and they have 6 people living there and they refuse me because the person i was going to be with didn't want to share his room and they already had it setup for a 2 person room.
