This place is a hazard to your health, there are cockroaches everywhere, the residents are soiled for hours at a time. The place stinks so bad your eyes burn just walking in the door. Do not take your loved ones here, WE ARE CALLING THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. THEY NEED SHUT DOWN NOW!!!!

4.5 stars<br>Nurses and staff: attentive and compassionate! They treated mom with respect and excellent nursing care. They communicated with the family for every concern and goal.<br>PT and OT: Teresa, Heidi, Ben and others helped mom build muscle tone and confidence.<br>Activities: daily and special activities kept mom engaged and social (Prom, nail polish, music, tie dye shirts, movies, etc)<br>Shout outs to Heather, Rebecca, Janess, Cheri, Kira, Tracy, Chris, Kevin, Carolyn, Melissa, Janette, Michael, and so many others whose names escaped me, but deserve kudos ❤️🩹!
