My 95 year old Dad just spent 8 days in Glen Haven Rehabilitation recovering from a Hip Replacement. I have been very pleased with the Administration, Staff, and Rehab Professionals. My Dad's room was Nice and comfortable. The Staff took very good care of my Dad and the PT, OT, and Speech Language Pathologists (SLP's) were excellent. We as the family are grateful for the help and support we received during this trying time. At 95 years of age my Dad posed unique problems and the staff and professionals did the best they could to recover my Dad back to a independent life. Unfortunately his body is breaking down and he is going to need Home care on a daily basis. I am thankful for all the help we received during his time at Glen Haven Rehabilitation.

Two years ago my mother after being in perfect health suffered a life altering event. She had a heart attack that required surgery along with the insertion of a pace maker. Needless to say, this traumatic event and it's after effects, deeply impacted my mother's lifestyle. My family and I were desperate to get my mother back to her former self but we needed help. None of my siblings and immediate family lived in the Tuscaloosa area. We called multiple rehabilitation coordinators but none expressed that we would receive the level of care that we desired for my mother. I was not until we contacted Mrs. Angeline Hutchins that we became convinced that we had found not just a rehabilitation center to house my mother but a coordinator and Team that would care for her the way we would. Mrs. Hutchins and her Team worked quickly and professionally to coordinate my mother's acceptance into the facility and over the next 21 days with help and support from Mrs. Hutchins and the Team, my mother learned to walk again. Recently, I learned that Mrs. Hutchins has joined the Team at the Glen Haven Health Rehabilitation Facility. I want to express my sincere thanks appreciation to Mrs. Hutchins. And to Glen Haven, you have selected an Admissions Coordinator that will, through her dedication to serve your patients and her willingness to go above and beyond, lead your facility to new heights. Congratulations to Glen Haven and Mrs. Hutchins on this achievement!

Glen Haven is such a wonderful establishment and their administrative coordinator, Angeline, really made me feel at home! I’ve toured several facilities trying to find the perfect match for my dad & this by far is the best! Angeline exudes excellent customer service and is very personable. I felt so comfortable talking to her about all the concerns I had when it comes to the care of my father, and she was able to reassure me and answer all of my questions with empathy, extensive knowledge and compassion. I feel confident knowing that my dad will be taken care of and is in great hands! The facility is also very well maintained. I highly recommend them to any family that is looking for long and/or short term care for their loved ones! Thank you so much for the love and care you have shown my family!
