From day one I feel like my brother has had excellent service and care... Today I had an awesome experience with the office staff as my brother's future time here had been denied by insurance... With the help of some amazing staff we are talking action to hopefully get a little additional time to help strengthen him a little better so to possibly prevent additional falls and give him a better quality of life... Forest Manor is truly blessed by the wonderful staff employed with them... Thank you for all you do...

We had arrived later in the evening as both my husbands work hours allowed us to visit my MIL the lady at the reception desk was leaving but allowed us in. We told her we was only visiting for a few minutes as we promised we left within 10 mins. My MIL nurse said to find a pca to let us out. The pca my husband found was very rude and loud and made comments about the calls had asked all visitors to leave. We weren't even there yet when that announcement was made She acted like letting visitors out was such a inconvenience. This place needs to do better hiring employees that care about their jobs and guests. Bc the black lady pca in pink floral scrubs loud rude lady was not it.

The facility is above and beyond what I expected. It is the cleanest rehab facility by far that I’ve seen and somewhat luxurious. The detailing of the interior, the beautiful bathroom/ shower in the patient room is much better than I thought it would be. There’s even a sitting room in the patient’s room and a small fridge in the room. The CNA who came in the day my husband arrived was cheerful and kind. She was very attentive also. And the food was a step above the previous facility.

I stopped by to visit my friend and he looked so good!! He had a smile on his face and said every one was good to him there and he enjoyed his room mate. They brought in dinner and I was shocked at how delicious it smelled and he said he had gained weight. He had been eating good. It really is appreciated that family members come in and see our family doing so well. Thanks to all the Drs. And nurses for everything they sacrifice to make sure our loved ones are taken good care of. I would absolutely recommend Forest Manor ❤️

The facility was clean and individual rooms were a nice setup. I was impressed with the number of staff who visited the room while I was there. The patient seemed content there, even though we had all rather be at home. She is doing so much better now.
