Forest Manor Rehabilitation Pavilion is a 40-bed post-acute rehabilitation facility located in Northport, Alabama, designed as a luxury addition to the existing Forest Manor Nursing Home. The facility offers rehabilitation services for older adults within a progressive, resort-like environment that departs from traditional institutional design.
