I was recently hired by Girling Home Health Care! They are very unprofessional leaving their clients without good quality health care. Burgundy, is the so-called supervisor that was applied to me. She is very unprofessional, rude, and doesn't seem to care about the well-being of her clients! I wouldn't recommend this company to oversee my dogs well-being. I showed up for duty, and waited at the clients home for over 30 minutes, no representative from Girling ever showed up! This company, and its staff should be reported to Adult protective services ASAP! I quit on the spot, because I refuse to be a chess player in their con-game. If I could rate this company with a BIG FAT '0' ZERO THEN I WOULD HAVE!

Dads being neglected and they say there’s nothing the can do. His worker says she’s gonna marry my dad just to be able to live in his home and they say this is okay. Awful company

This place is useless. They can't keep employees and when they finally find you one they miss more days than they show up. I rarely give a low rating in my reviews but if I could rate this place a zero I would. I recommend Elara Home Health Care.

Im currently with this company and lookin to switch the first helper they sent me lied on me and had 2 open assault cases n no car.... was always late , so then I left one day for an appt n she lied n then this company said I was lying? For what? So the director of the company said everyone said I was the problem ... I was serviced the last time on the 8th of May it's now memorial day.... they said they would call to let me know how hiring was goin, nothing! All they do is gaslight u at this company. I've already filed a grievance with my insurance company. And im ready to drop the help bc its a hindrance more then help, n the people they hire are unprofessional. Esp in the office. They are also the lowest paying for the help, so I guess. No one calls u back ever n they tell us to call for everything but never an answer. This is the worst home care company I've been with. This one and tree house n helping hands. They just want the money from the insurance company

Extremely Disappointed and Deeply Concerned for Client Safety I typically don’t leave reviews, but after my experience with the Girling agency and one of their assigned caregivers, I feel a responsibility to speak up—especially for clients who may not be able to advocate for themselves. I was assigned a caregiver through Girling who initially seemed like a good fit but quickly became aggressive, unpredictable, and emotionally volatile. On one occasion, she entered my bedroom uninvited while I was asleep, began slamming items around, and then escalated to yelling over me when I didn’t take her side in a personal dispute. I have severe CPTSD, and this incident caused serious emotional distress. Even after asking her to leave multiple times, she kept coming back into the house. What’s worse is that Girling provided no support or intervention. When she failed to clock in and wasn’t paid, I ended up covering her wages out of fear—paying over $2,500 out of pocket just to avoid further conflict. When I called the agency to ask for help, I was told they couldn’t talk to me about her pay, even though I was the one paying her to prevent escalation. Eventually, a representative came to my home and not only blamed me for the situation but also gave me inaccurate information about my insurance coverage. I later confirmed with my insurance provider that what I was told was completely false. This misinformation and lack of accountability left me feeling gaslit, isolated, and completely unsupported. Since ending services, the caregiver has falsely claimed I owe her money, is holding my $1,000 laptop hostage, and has even attempted to file for unemployment under false pretenses. I’ve since ended all ties with both the caregiver and Girling. I strongly urge others—especially families caring for vulnerable loved ones—to ask questions and document everything. My experience shows a lack of safeguards, poor communication, and no meaningful protections for clients who are simply trying to get help.
