My mom has been living here going on 4 years and the last 1.5 years has not been great BUT now it is under new management and this new Management is so amazing and knows how to treat the people that live there with love and respect like they should be treated so please stop in and visit you will see and there are more changes coming soon

If you have any family members please check on them regularly especially on North and in the memory care unit. The administration team values punctuality more than training their staff and personalizing each person's cares. They will overwork their staff uncontrollably with no breaks or gratitude. They don’t have any regular employees on the dementia unit except one person so everything is chaos. The administrative team spends more time on their phones than actually filling in gaps in the schedule unless state comes. There has been alone numerous times where there has been one person on the dementia unit while the administrative team has let them.

My husband is a resident at Georgetown & Cambridge. He has excellent care, a caring staff and activities to choose from. We're very pleased with the quality of care and caring!!!
