Since my last post 2 years ago, Intersect Healthcare of Grandville has made huge improvements. All the staff is very loving, caring, giving. They are polite to the residents and show respect for them.

One of the best, caring rehab staff in West Michigan. Great chemistry between rehab and nursing to make the patient #1. Consistently helping residents and Sub-Acute Rehab patients get home and back into the community.

I am happy that my grandma is living here because the caretakers are very kind to her. She also has a group of friends here. It was intimidating to help find a place for her to live, but I am glad we picked this location!

Everyone is so caring and knowledgeable. Great family care meetings to provide very detailed information to family members…. Right down to what food is being ordered and eaten. They adjust based on feedback. Same for participation in daily activities and PT. Updated on Aug 6, 2025 Our family continues to appreciate the absolutely amazing staff at Intersect Healthcare of Granville. Today they hosted a wonderful carnival in the courtyard for residence and their families and it was clear how much effort they poured into making it a special and memorable day. The grilled lunch, slushies, cotton candy root beer floats, dunk tank, bounce house, live music and outdoor games and activities were a huge hit! Witnessing every associate at Intersect, genuinely caring for the residence, interacting with kindness and uplifting communication was heartwarming. The loving atmosphere and commitment to residence happiness consistently impresses me and my siblings. My mom says it feels like home.
