My mom has been there for one week, and unfortunately her first week has been very disappointing. On the day she moved in, no one was there to greet us or help us get settled. We were left to figure everything out on our own.<br><br>The dining experience has also been very poor. The food quality has been disappointing, and on Sunday, when ribs were being served—a meal we had been told was very good—my mom went down to dinner only to be told they had already run out.<br><br>It is very frustrating to pay such a high price for residency and then have residents unable to receive the meals being offered. I hope these concerns can be addressed so future residents, and my mom, have a much better experience.

My mother was an assisted living resident here and she enjoyed her stay . The rooms were very nice, the access to the dining room and common areas was easy to navigate with her walker, the entire place is very neat and clean. The staff was friendly and attentive.<br>No complaints.

My mother spent 18 months in independent living at Rivertown. She loved her apartment and location. She appreciated the staff, all of whom knew her name and were helpful and friendly. Mom thought that the residents also were friendly and engaging.<br>Our family appreciated the care and concern shown to her by many of the staff and neighbors.
