Gentle Haven is a truly outstanding assisted living provider. The staff is incredibly caring and attentive, always going above and beyond to ensure residents feel comfortable and well cared for. The personalized care plans, engaging activities, and beautiful living spaces create a welcoming environment for everyone. It’s evident that they prioritize safety, wellness, and quality of life. I’m especially impressed by their commitment to providing a home-like atmosphere and the support they offer families. Highly recommend for anyone looking for reliable and compassionate assisted living services!

Since Gentle Haven opened in our residential neighborhood four years ago, they have been worse than a nuisance. Their employees have a total disregard for noise ordinances, there are first responders at the house day and night (police, ambulances as well as fire trucks), patients/residents have wandered into our yard and approached our small children who were outside playing, other residents have been outside screaming for extended periods without assistance, employees have chained up their dogs outside for hours and the dogs bark endlessly, employees sit in the open garage for smoke breaks and talk loudly day and night, employees blast very loud music from their cars during shift changes as late as midnight, repeatedly waking up my family, the list goes on and on. What used to be a lovely, cared-for home is now an unkempt structure full of shift workers who care nothing for the neighborhood. Please see attached for our correspondence with the owner of Gentle Haven, Jared. I personally wouldn't entrust my loved ones with a person like this, let alone in such a poorly run facility. This particular text conversation took place today, 3/21/24, after an employee was blasting music so loud it was shaking our windows. We have contacted the state of Minnesota as well as this facility's licensing board to hopefully get them shut down. Please feel free to contact me and I will get you full transcripts of all the other conversations we have had with the owner. Do not trust this place with your loved ones.
