BEWARE!!! HOLDING FIXED INCOME ELDERLY SECURITY DEPOSIT HOSTAGE: I cant believe this service care about the elderly. For NO service, they have held her money hostage for over 90 days and have no intention with lots of excuses to why they have not returned her money. Not acceptable. It been documented, over 90 days I received a check that was $188 dollars short. Please check out this facility location thoroughly before considering this agency. No integrity nor honesty to hold money.<br>I signed up for care for my Mom and no one showed up. This happened two days in a row even though I had a contract in place for proper coverage. Their dishonest nurse left early and no show the next day. The nurse told her manager lies to coverage up leaving my mom’s house early to go to her home; because she didn’t want to work. I called them and no one answered the phone; it went straight to voicemail each and every time. Since I canceled service due to the mentioned concerns, I was told I would not get my refund until another 90 days. What did they do with my money considering they could not provide any services as mentioned in the signed agreement. This agency is new and It is one of the worst agency I have encountered since taking care of my elderly Mom. It was simply a disaster. They deserve NO Stars.

We were referred to Gateway when my father was hospitalized and my mother was on hospice. They provided care for my mother 12 hours overnight. And while any company might be able to do that, working with Jennifer,bwho arranged everything, was what made the experience so much easier. She was in constant contact with us for the 4 days, and easily added an extra night of Care at the last minute. Highly recommend.

I am a health care provider and I know when services are great and genuine. Character of the staff and caregivers speaks volume. This agency strive not only to hire compassionate and caring staff but staff that put 100% on their time and effort doing their very best to take care of the individuals needing assistance. I would recommend this service to Individuals needing help with non-medical or medical services : Respite companion services meal preparation bathing errands skilled nursing services. Palliative care as well!

From the moment we connected, her compassion, professionalism, and genuine passion for helping others were evident.
