My Mom was here for 5 years before she passed. She absolutely Loved the Staff and the Food. She was very happy. We had her at 3 other places and she was Miserable but she was HAPPY at the Garden

Big enough to give all the cares needed, PT, OT, nursing, activities, etc. Small enough to have that actual family feel. Great environment of people who show up everyday because they care. Tucked away in beautiful Manitou and gorgeous, therapeutic views of Pikes Peak. The nurses are absolutely amazing and they're CNAs rock!

The Gardens is one of those rare nursing facilities where the staff cares deeply about making sure the residents have a home-like environment. The activities department is incredible—I find myself stopping by bingo or “cookies and coffee” just to see the smiles and hear the laughs on the residents’ faces. The food is top-notch, especially when you consider how many different diets and preferences/allergies the kitchen has to accommodate. The therapists care deeply and do everything they can to help the residents maintain their highest quality of life by addressing mobility issues, pain, and activities of daily living. I would give them 100 stars if I could.

My mother has been at this facility since October of 2021. I have always experienced a warm greeting from the staff when I visit. The nurses are exceptional and are very caring towards my mother. My mother has had no complaints. The facility is a bit run down, but that's expected due to the fact that most of the patients are on Medicaid.

If I could give The Gardens 10 stars I would! My mother has been a full time resident there for three years and it's been such a wonderful experience for her and our entire family. All of the residents get so much love and attention, not just from the nursing staff, but from everyone that works there. From the lunchroom staff to the maintenance department, they all take time to talk to the residents and make them feel special. Another thing that is so outstanding is how well the staff works together and how much they like each other. They absolutely love what they do and they love doing it together. On the physical/therapy side....You just can't get better nursing care!
