I cannot say enough wonderful things about Shelley Hartman, the leasing agent at Gardens of Annapolis. From the very first interaction, Shelley exceeded every expectation and made what can often be a stressful process feel seamless, welcoming, and enjoyable.<br><br>Her communication throughout the entire application process was exceptional. She kept us informed every step of the way, promptly answered questions, and ensured that no detail was overlooked.
