Horrible facility. The building is very run down and smells. Barely ever any available staff and when there is staff they respond poorly to emergencies. Seems as if they dont even have basic first aid skills. THERE IS NO A/C and the residents are just being cooked in their rooms. This is an extreme safety hazard and unacceptable. Pets that just go to the bathroom in the residents rooms or on patio. Disgusting. Bottom of the barrel.

I've lived here since August, 2025. With the exception of the food service personnel (and the chef is to be commended) the staff are uniformly surly, unfriendly, and unhelpful (this is supposed to be "assisted living" after all.) They routinely ignore requests for services (a complaint about a broken toilet took 2 weeks to address; one about a broken TV was completely ignored.) The billing clerk can't add and subtract and so I rarely receive an accurate bill. And although I've lived in 2 different rooms I've been plagued with bedbugs and other biting insects since shortly after moving in. I can only surmise that they are using sugar water for an insecticide because I find more living bugs the day after they spray than before. Protect yourselves and your loved ones: choose any Medicaid -funded facility besides this one. You'll thank me

I'm utterly appalled by the living standards here. Crappy furntiure and furnishings, and residents report bed bugs, cockroaches and animal faecal matter. I have already made a report to the the HEalth Services department.

Got gang green from nurses not listening when told what was happening to my ankle. I lost my leg because I was not listened.
