If I could rate this building zero stars I would. I was mislead when I moved here and shown a model apartment claiming that this is the model I would receive, only to find out that I received a apartment in a building in poor condition! The main doors were left unlocked, open for anyone to have access, the building is infested with mice, you can hear them in the walls, poor maintenance for the property, only 2 maintenance ppl to manage 200 apartments, these apartments are infested with bedbugs, management is non responsive, does not care about the tenants, and will threaten seniors with retaliation tactics using intimidation to keep them silent. This place needs to be shut down and condemned! Get your parents or other loved ones off of this property immediately. The city was called out to inspect in June 2023, still waiting on follow up

This is a senior citizens complex. This property needs to be reported for unsafe living conditions. The dryers have not been working for almost a year. When you walk in the building, it’s a sauna. It was 92 degrees outside and no air on in several buildings. Residents are told there is a waiting list for repairs. Maintenance can not get to your repairs until March of 2021. This is unacceptable for anyone, especially seniors. I am calling every news station in Michigan because this is not acceptable living conditions. It feels like the floors in the hallway may give out at any moment. Calls are not returned.

Place seems OK. My mother-in-law lifed there for 10 years. Security is good. The residents are moody.
