The home attendant is great however the customer service at this place is awful!!!! Simple requests can not be fulfilled they over complicate everything and my mother is battling with cancer and they make everything stressful. They are terrible at getting back to you and resolving simple issues. If it wasn’t for the home attendant would fire them!!!!! Do not use them!!!

BEWARE!!!!!! Worst home care agency ever. My mom had not received care for weeks and no one knew. If they knew they did not let her know. The communication is not there. Katy Lugo is unprofessional as unprofessional gets. She hung up on me because I was upset about my mom not receiving care for weeks. If this is the way a home care agency is going to function I don’t want it. They don’t care. Don’t use this agency for ur loved one
