Choosing how to care for a loved one with memory issues is always a difficult and painful decision. It was a decision I had hoped not to have made but like many things, it became necessary for safety. My loved one has been a resident at Fremont Hills Memory Care for several years. With every visit I am impressed with the level of care she is receiving. My loved one always seems content. I know she is being fed, always dressed in clean clothing and receives the best attention. She has received nothing by outstanding care from Marta Galdamez(Memory Care) and Dorinda. I cannot express the peace in mind in knowing that my loved one is cared for so well, especially since I am hundreds of miles away. Marta anticipates my loved ones every need and makes sure that it is taken care of in the most exceptional manner. Fremont Hills always keeps me informed and up to date with what is going on with my loved one, especially since I live so far. I never need worry about my loved one because I know Marta and the team at Fremont Hills Memory Care is on top of it. Marta is like part of our family and despite the difficult circumstances of a loved one suffering from dementia, I wouldn’t have it any other way.

My parents have adjusted very well to their new home and love the environment. The caregivers are especially kind and very hardworking. The entire staff there from the housekeepers to management genuinely care for the residents and want to provide a safe, comfortable & loving home for our family members when I cannot be there. The community size is a perfect fit for my parents. The activites are great and there is always someone around to support my parents if they need help. The food and service from the dining staff is excellent. The other residents also are very friendly and a joy to talk with. Thank you Fremont Hills! 🫶🏽🐾

My mom lives in the Memory Care Neighborhood at Fremont Hills. My sister and I couldn't be happier with the caregiving, communication, and programming they provide. Fremont Hills is well staffed with attentive and compassionate caregivers who consistently deliver personalized care. Mom feels connected, loved, and safe. The daily and weekly programming offers a variety of activities and musical performances. Meals are often served outside on a beautifully landscaped patio. The Fremont Hills community is well organized and their communication with us has been outstanding. Health updates, billing inquiries, and appointment coordination is always handled promptly and efficiently. "It takes a village", so our appreciation goes out to all departments and staff. My sister has been a resident of the memory care facility for over two years. In those two years, my sister has received the best care from Martha and Dorinda. They care for my sister, as if she were their sibling. When I see them interact with my sister, I am always reassured by their warmth and kindness to my sister and her family. The staff does an excellent job of keeping patient’s families informed. Monique, the activities person, is quite amazing. I just love the way she engages the residents. Everyone is kind. This facility is spotless. I am grateful that my sister is in a safe memory care facility where she is very well cared for.
