⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Touring 1440 by the Bay Senior Living was a great experience. The sales director was helpful, professional, and very knowledgeable. Staff were friendly, welcoming, and the community felt warm, clean, and well cared for. I left feeling confident about the quality of care and overall environment.

We had a great experience with 1440 by the Bay in Emeryville. From the start, the team was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely attentive to both residents and families. It’s clear that the staff takes pride in what they do, and that shows in the day-to-day atmosphere of the community. The building was clean, well-maintained, and feels comfortable rather than institutional, which made a big difference for our family during such an important transition. I recently toured 1440 by the Bay Senior Living and had a fantastic experience. I recently toured 1440 by the Bay Senior Living with Mario and had a wonderful experience. Mario was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Alex at the front desk was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff throughout the community were smiling, kind, and genuinely engaged with residents. I love the Watermark. The whole staff there hosts my company’s LGBTQ+ senior social luncheon. Stephanie, Grace, Remy, and the Christinas are amazing. We have a group of about 40-50 seniors that come every month, and everyone feels so welcome and leaves with smiles in their faces. Thank you all!
