We had a great experience with 1440 by the Bay in Emeryville. From the start, the team was welcoming, responsive, and genuinely attentive to both residents and families. I recently toured 1440 by the Bay Senior Living with Mario and had a wonderful experience. Mario was knowledgeable, welcoming, and took the time to answer all of my questions. Alex at the front desk was incredibly friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The staff throughout the community were smiling, kind, and genuinely engaged with residents. I love the Watermark. The whole staff there hosts my company’s LGBTQ+ senior social luncheon. Stephanie, Grace, Remy, and the Christinas are amazing. We have a group of about 40-50 seniors that come every month, and everyone feels so welcome and leaves with smiles in their faces. Thank you all!
