We highly recommend working with The Key. They have provided excellent care of my mother for close to 3 years. Nicole, the case manager, and Fili my mother's caregiver are the absolute BEST! Nicole has always responded to any questions or need we may have for additional care for my mother in a professional as well as very friendly and kind manner. She listens and knows exactly what my mother needs. Her response time is amazing. I can text or call and she responds immediately. Her sense of humor keeps things light which we so appreciate and enjoy. Fili, the caregiver, is truly a GEM! She has taken care of our mom from the very beginning and has never called in sick or not shown up. My mom, as well as myself and 5 siblings, adore her. She is patient and so kind to my mother. She treats her with respect and so much love and if there's ever a concern she texts us right away. We feel 100% confident in the care and attention both Nicole and Fili provide. They are so appreciated!

My experience with The Key has been flawless. Initially when I called about Long Term Care. Nicole O'Crowley, the Client Success Manager,has been extremely helpful and hands on. She found the right caregiver for my needs. Nicole is very pleasant and a great listener. As a retired RN myself it is obvious she has strong leadership skills. You be fortunate to have her on your team supervising care for clients.

Great experience with our caregiver Nancy, she was prompt, kind, and kept my dad on track with his PT exercises, medications and schedule. She was helpful and intuitive to his needs. Our Client Success Manager Nikole also does a great job matching my dad with caregivers who are a good fit with his personality and personally helping us through some technical challenges around billing. It is so nice to have someone local from the company supporting us.

Ethel is my care provider for 4 1/2 years. She very understanding, kind, patient, and caring.she always goes beyond her duties. Even though, on her day off I could reach out to her for comfort phone conversation and she makes sure I have food for the weekend. Ethel always making sure she included my family to any update of my health and wellbeing. In addition Akina is always available to Ethel & I for what ever we need.
