The visit was great with my husband. First day for my husband at the facility wasnt good. My husband has had several strokes and has a heart condition no bell to get in touch with any staff in case of an emergency in his room. Bed looked like it was from 1970s. Unacceptable they gave him a bell to ring. Not good at all in my book. Very dissatisfied another patient entered my husband room while he was asleep going through his belongings. Very unsafe for patients . Dingy smelly need some fresher air flowing through this building. My husband will not be staying in this facility. False advertising on the net. Don't recommend for anyone loved ones.

This was my first time visiting my brother here- What I note about Fox Chase is the staff- Remy was helping my brother today and clearly he is a caring, helpful and compassionate man, and was very kind to me as well.

If you love in the DMV- specifically Montgomery County- do not waste this time. They do not have PTs or OTs to provide services. We were first told we were on a waiting list. Then, we got a calll weeks later saying they can help us.

Fox Chase Healthcare is friendly and prompt with their services. The staff is welcoming, and they truly care about their patients. I appreciate their professionalism and quick attention to needs.
