My Mother has been at Four Seasons for only a week for rehabilitation after a fall and surgery. I have to say the staff there has been wonderful. They have been very accommodating with regard to her diet, comfort and personal needs. They have worked very hard to make sure she has everything she needs and the physical therapist are great. The facility is very clean and the wing my mother is in was just remodeled. Thank you to all the staff and the administrators there!

The facility is clean and smells good. The staff are so friendly. I would recommend any family members to stay. It's like a family here

I loved this place. The staff were so accommodating. The nurses always listened to your concerns and let the doctor know .. the nurse aides worked so hard but always kept a smile on there face.they took good care of us. The activities director always had something fun for us to do. He really cares. The food was fine, if there was something you couldn't eat they would give you something you could. The doctor they have there was been the best ( Dr.Garvin). I left there for new grandbaby but I am so unhappy where I came that I'm desperately trying to get back to four seasons where I was truly happy.

Really dont like this place for my mother Rachael becasue all the employees here does not do their job. My mother been asking for a shower and they won't give her one and so sorry to say they get attitude when her call light comes on and some of the employees work in the front is rude too ask them a question and they act like they can not hear or some of them will look at u and roll their eyes and answer with a attitude. So yeah they need to improve and hire people who willing to do their job. And need to hire friendly people.

Absolutely horrible place, it stinks, it’s nasty and old. And when we moved my dad there, we asked them for a urinal because he can’t walk to go to bathroom and we were told we don’t give out urinals so just pee in your pants and we will change you later. My dad has already had a bed sore before from being in the bed so much these past few months in rehab, so wet and crappy pants are not going to help that for sure. I have turned this place in and have found another place for my dad. PLEASE DO NOT INTRUST THE CARE OF YOUR LOVED ONE THIS PLACE!!!!
