I have been meaning to post a review for a while about our current care provided by Elara Caring (Hospice). A quick back story on my I am a 10 year EMS Medic & 18 years as an RN as a nurse I did field work and managed anywhere from 1-9 locations. I hope you feel your getting a credible review. I think they are doing exceptional with my mom. She was admitted last fall. Everyone came to welcome her such as Chaplain, Social Worker, the RN was also her home health RN so it was a plus that continuity of care. The quickly made certain she was set up with equipment & necessary medication. We would give the company an A+ for the quality of care & Dignity with my mom. Markita her RN is also an A++++++++ we would choose her over & over. We are a little challenged in this situation as I am disabled, my dad is 85 & we have hiccups but certainly trying to be our best for her. Markita is understanding, patient, kind & helpful!
