My father was admitted to Fountain View on September 30, 2025, and lived there until January 15, 2026. I truly believe that without the care he received, we would have lost him much sooner. No place is perfect, and I would never expect it to be—but Fountain View is filled with people who consistently do the right thing and care for their residents with genuine compassion. I met some of the most caring individuals I’ve ever encountered in my life. Every single CNA is an angel in my eyes. There are so many I could name, but I don’t want to leave anyone out. There is one in particular—she knows who she is—who was supposed to be my dad’s Valentine, and she will always hold a special place in my heart. The nurses were incredible as well. They answered every question I had and showed such patience and compassion. I visited Fountain View regularly to be with my dad and advocate for him, and I was there so often that some people thought I worked there or lived there myself. I mention that only to emphasize that I witnessed all of this firsthand. The activities director was amazing—always decorating, organizing events, and bringing joy to the residents. I was genuinely impressed by the pumpkin carving contest and the Veterans Day celebration. The dining and cafeteria staff did a wonderful job preparing meals, and the laundry ladies were compassionate, caring, and absolutely angelic. They took such good care of my dad. They also have a speech therapist & physical therapy on site to help the residents. From Admissions, to the Administrator, to the Lead Nurse—Thank you. Truly, thank you. You are heroes, and at the end of the day, your work makes a profound difference. Please print this and share it with your entire staff.

My mother has lived at Fountain View for the past year and a half and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Richard, Heidi and Heather are remarkable people who truly care for and want the best for their patients. After watching my mother be marginalized time and time again for her mental illness. I can’t express enough what it means to have someone other than our family, have my mother’s back and best interest at heart. Thank you, Fountain View. All of you have help restored my faith in the system and I couldn’t be more grateful. 🙏🏽💙
