I have nothing but superlatives to include in this review. My Brother moved into The Inn 13 years ago, moving to The Bridge (assisted living) 6 months ago as his life support needs changed.

In that 13 years I could consistently expect and receive:
-contact when Frank was having a problem or needed family attention. I was asked for advice and counsel concerning the situation and together found mutually agreeable solution.
-The staff, including kitchen crew, activities staff, house keeping and other house staff, and administrative staff were a tremendous asset to Frank's 5 Star care and management throughout the 13+ years.
-Over that period of time, I made a number of visits to see Frank and always found the residences clean, CALM, peaceful, and well organized. While there was staff turnover, over all the transitions went very smoothly.
-Scheduled activities in and outside The Inn/Bridge provided an array of individual opportunities for meaningful resident stimulation. There were regular, planned entertainment opportunities, both within the residences and outside activities. Frank attended frequently, always reporting that the experience was entertaining, varied, and enjoyable.
-A special shout out to management during the trials and tribulations of the Covid pandemic. I had full confidence in management's handling of each and every crises during this period...literally I received factually based status reports. I received REGULAR communication when the community health situation warranted communication with my families.
-The best and most reassuring part was talking with Frank and hearing him talk about daily experiences that consistently contributed to his quality of life. He expressed confidence in being a meaningful part of the resident family.
- I could say more, but I will close. I would do it all over again, just the way it played out for my brother over those 13+ years.

Thank you Christine and all your staff.

I’ve had the pleasure of working with Amy while helping several of my clients transition into The Inn at Garden Plaza, and she has been absolutely wonderful to work with.

Amy is professional, respectful, and incredibly caring with the residents and their families during what can sometimes be a big life transition. What really stands out about her, though, is the energy she brings—Amy has a way of making every environment she’s in fun, welcoming, and positive.

I truly look forward to working with her many more times in the future and would highly recommend Amy to anyone considering The Inn at Garden Plaza.

– Clay Martin
