I currreI’m not inpatient. I c don’t know how services ere inpatient. I receive home health services & I’m not satisfied with the services I rreceive in my home.it really seems pointlessIreceive therapy twice a week & a nurse visits me weekly. I really don’t understand the point of therapy. I haven’t gotten stronger nor learned anything new however. With physical therapy I never done anything new or learned anything new. During physical therapy I do transfers & walk with my grim walkernew anythingnewit Itransfers & how to walk with my ghemi while I was at the reunion rehab with my therapist Sam. I haven’t learned anything new with this therapistwalker walker hemi walkerHeineken & & do transfers while the therapist watch & tells me im doing a good jobphysi. I know im doing a good job these are the things I learned from SM ST THE REUNUONBREHAB, so what are you going to teach me?! Am I going to learn anything new? Are we going to ever work on things that I don’t know how to do?!therapy… those are things I learned how to do at the Reunion. I would like to learn to walk without assistance & go up & down stairs. I’ve only had one occupational therapy session so far & it went horribly. Sshe came in & took my splint off my affectedhand & my daughter & I had a hard time getting it back on. We never did any exercises or worked on anything, I didn’t see the point of the visit. I dontvfeel this company will be a great fit for Mr & indont sang progress in my future if we continue told the nurse this & she did it was it was b/c it was her 1st visit. I She said next visit I would do exercises. She missed tge 2nd visitdaRehabwhen my nurse comes I am able to ask her questions about things I have going on & I do feel relieved. I absolutely hate doing therapy here in my home. It’s no equipment here nor spacelike they have in a facility. I don’t get much help at home, I struggle with mobility & unable to get to dome appointments. They don’t help with any of that don’t help scheduling appointments I need nor is that a doctor for home health to refill medications I don’t see progress with therapy, but I been bring positive about it because I really want to heal & fully recover from my stroke

Choose Advanced Health Care after viewing many rehabilitation hospital Google reviews, visiting 2 sites in Colorado Springs and a very trying one month hospital stay. Wife began her stay at Advanced on Jan 1, 2026 and was finally discharged in April. There is a Doctor and PA that monitor progress during the week, tracking doctor's orders and introducing prescription changes as needed. In our experience, the nursing staff is exceptional. The nurses are on duty 24/7, pulling 12 hour shifts. They monitor medications and make suggestions based on patient's health. During her stay, my wife had an issue that turned out to be serious. RN Laura helped by introducing breathing treatments to improve my wife's state and then RN Pam, seeing minimal improvement with continued issues after 48 hours, helped hasten the call to send her back to the hospital. Probably saved her life. The CNAs are the muscle of this rehab hospital. They are helpful, considerate to patient needs, responding to a patient's needs in a timely matter, even during the busy times. The therapy department is truly the reason my wife was able to leave the rehab hospital. Their therapists all worked diligently with my wife to improve her skills after a grueling hospital stay and recovery. The speech therapist Stephanie, was outstanding in her recommendations and improvement skills after my wife was intubated 3 times at the hospital. The heart of the Therapy department is the Physical and Occupational Therapists. Brandi (PT) and Rachel (OT) were able to expedite my wife's rehab by identifying how she was able to improve and using their skills to get the best out of the patient. We can not thank the personnel at Advanced Health Care enough for all their hard work and experience.
