I had a friend there, and they treat the resident terrible. Lazy workers and when you call they answer with a bad attitude. They ignore the patients there and the nurse crystal foster worse she treat the nurses bad . And the patient too😡 worse place ..

It is a terrible place to have our parent under their care. The front desk staff was sound extremely RUDE to visitors. Some of the care staff was ignorant. Any request for the patient never happened at first or second time… so we are end up to revisit the next day to ask the other care staff to take care of my dad on a particular thing. We are feel sorry for any resident who doesn’t have family relative visit, most of them couldn’t take care of themselves We would do what it takes to get my dad out of this place. His emotional and physical getting worse full of nightmare and depression during his time in this “re”-hab. I hope our voice can be heard be upper management to verify and correct these issues.

Cannot reach patient and advertised phone number only gives OGM saying please enter access code. TERRIBLE !!!

As a ex resident. I was treated terribly. Was forced to submit to drug screens at least once a week even though I passed multiple times. The current administrator was very rude and did not act in a professional manner. I left Foster over 3 months ago and they never discharged me because I left AMA-Against Medical Advise even though there was no reason for them to keep me in the facility. Because they never discharged me my insurance -Medicaid was charged for me bing there even though I was already gone over 3 months. I am in contact with the I Illinois Department of Health concerning this matter and I will make sure to take all the necessary steps to make sure they do not get away with these issues with another patient
