i want to give a big shout out to Mr. Terrance Kelly of Fort Washington Manor Maintance Dept. He was determine to find the source of a leak in my bathroom ceiling. Terrance, checked several things before he found the problem. His Determination and Professional service solved the problem. As a resident at Fort Washington Manor, for 4 years I am so grateful for the outcome.,

Unprofessional and poor customer service from the office receptionist that answered the phone. I made an appointment in advance to tour the facility. When I got there the office lady (don't remember her name) was not in the office during the appointment time. I waited for 30 minutes to take the tour. I called back to reschedule the next day and she told me that there were no apartments to view. She could have told me that when I made the appointment the first time if that was really the truth.
