Mom walked in but had to be carried out. Broken elbow and possibly hip. Bruises head to toe. Cuts on her face. Her hand is swelled so bad her skin is stretched to its limit. They didn't give her meds and 2 bottles of narcotics were missing

Please for the actual love of God, if you care about your loved ones do NOT take them here under ANY circumstances. My MILs mom was taken here last week and picked up today. She wasn’t given her medications, and some of her meds were stolen. She came home COVERED in bruises, and I wish was exaggerating. She looks like someone literally beat the hell out of her. She has a big swollen bruise on the face, her hand is completely purple and swollen, she has a ginormous red bruise on her arm that imo looks like she was violently grabbed, and to top it all of, her legs both have countless bruises. This is absolutely ridiculous, disgusting, and disturbing. I pray to whatever higher being is out there that every single person that works here gets investigated, and gets the charges that they deserve. Please everyone, take your loved ones literally anywhere else.
