Sine my stroke 4 years ago I have had a few caregivers with this company and Brandy mose is by far the best! She’s sweet and caring and compassionate! She makes me feel comfortable and well respected and she helps me keep my dignity even while helping me with the basic activities of daily living that some may take for granted such as dressing and bathing!

I learned about First Light when my husband was very ill 6 years ago. I was so pleased with the care and concern of the caregivers that helped him. So when things became more difficult for me to manage, I called for help. Mary from First Light has been helping me for about 8 months, two days a week for 2 hours She has taken me to Doctor appointments, the bank, etc. but what I appreciate the most is that she does my grocery shopping. She’s so efficient that she knows what I need better than I do! She’s always pleasant so I really enjoy her company, as well. I highly recommend First Light of Valparaiso!

I had extensive for surgery two years ago. I needed personal care. They sent the right people. Respectful, very competent, and same sense of humor. The office staff members were on the money with my care.
