I have nothing but good things to say about my FirstLight experience. Our family’s needs were a little different as I am middle-aged, raising a family and needed home support for a chronic health condition. Seliina, Aziz and Youngwan were very responsive to my questions, and took the time to understand my family’s needs and personalities. Maggie, our care provider, is a perfect fit for our family. Really, the whole experience has been phenomenal. Highly recommend!

First light in home care in north oaks mn,,Took care of my mother like she was family no other agency in the MPLS,,,ST.PAUL AREA SHOWED HOW MUCH LOVE TO HER,,,I FIRED 3 IN HOME AGENCIES OF NEGLECT AND ELDER ABUSE BESIDES STEALING HER PERSONAL IDEMS,,IF YOUR LOOKING FOR REAL LOVING CAREGIVERS THAN THEY ARE THE BEST.

First light was able to give my father extended time in his home with a kind caring staff. They were very helpful in making special efforts to get him to his doctor’s visits and make sure he had his medications and meals prepped for the day and week. They were very accommodating to schedule changes and coverage changes as my father’s condition progressed. My family is grateful for the extended time FirstLight gave us and my father in his home.
