I've lived here for 1.5 years and just recently renewed my lease. Though there was one personnel change during my initial move-in, all office personnel are extremely helpful, care for the tenants, and always go above and beyond to make sure there is clear communication between the tenants and administration. The team staffed at the facility are cohesive in their dealings and are very professional, including the maintenance staff. I absolutely respect and support Katana and Shountae and the maintenance team. They perform superb services and make living here extremely comfortable and safe. The tenants are very friendly and meet often at daily functions for games, bible study, special events, and other interaction. I've not met anyone who has not been kind and informative.

Shauntae is absolutely amazing. Very kind and attentive anytime we have any questions or concerns. I highly recommend Firewheel town Village if you’re looking for an amazing place for yourself or for a loved one. The place itself is wonderful but it’s the staff that makes it even better.

I have lived here since August 2019. Katona, Shountae, Jimmy and Billy are by far the best team that the complex has had. I have made a lot of good friends while living here. The atmosphere is welcoming and the right size to feel like a close knit community. The staff are open to suggestions and have implemented many things that the residents have recommended. Jimmy and Billy handle the maintenance on a timely manner and our helpful in a lot of other ways when needed.

I love living at “FTV,” as it is affectionately called around our building. You could not ask for a better community to live in.<br>The property is well-kept and has a very classy look and smell upon entry. The building is consistently kept clean inside and out. The maintenance department and property managers are very hands-on and always quick to respond with compassion.<br>Most importantly, the social and safety aspects are impeccable. For example, Jessica and Darlene work diligently to make the property festive and fun. There is always something to do, like Wine Down Wednesday, Prom, complete with a DJ, Movie Saturday, or participating in various calendar holiday activities, such as Father's Day Brunch or monthly birthday celebrations.
