I have a friend that stays there and she said the bed bugs are out of control and it's dirty and smells really terrible they need to shut that place down

I have never encountered a place like this in the USA. There are Bedbugs, Roaches, Mice , Rats! The food is inedible! This place needs to be razed! I feel so sorry for the people that live here 💔💔💔

If you love your family member, do not send them here. Stealing and intimidation happen regularly, and many residents are often panhandling throughout town just to get enough to buy a pack of cigarettes. These poor folks are seriously mistreated.
