The supervisor was very clear as to what the caregiver could provide.&tild her what I need and the experience or reasons I think I can use each session and how I came in need of services that family members ,who also work their jobs now is getting to be too much to handle so maybe there might not enough what things they can also do.(since I have never needed help before) I am willing to give it try since the supervisor explained the program so throughly.

They will waste your time. Going on 4 weeks now since orientation and like clockwork every Thursday they send me an email saying my first shift will be next week. Yet I also get told they're having a hiring event in 4 days lmao IM ALREADY HIRED!

Office staff ignores you. They only want you to work 10 hours a week. Then, they go out and do hire events, when their caregivers are literally telling them that they need more hours to pay bills! AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS! Not worth the hassle! You will go into deep debt. They also tell you that they might have a private pay client (which they pay $29 an hour), but a week or 2 goes by and you're left wondering whatever happened to that client, then you decide to call them up one day and they say, "Oh, we have that client to someone else." All the whole, you were excited too might be able to have full time work. (Literally had it on contract that you're supposed to be full time, but they completely ignore you at every turn. They just don't want to pay benefits!... DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! They also keep saying that, "they're the red headed step child, out of all the offices." BELIEVE THEM WHEN THEY SAY THAT!... I don't understand a to why the CEO let's this office continue. Or, at least the people who run that particular one. They're are better agencies out there, that are willing to not ignore you. Choose those! What is the work environment and culture like at the company? If you want to get ignored about needing more hours, this job is for you!

Update made a solution plan. Cross cover the code of ethics rights of the client. She compares her life vs mine. She thinks she knows a special needs trust is bout. And I shouldn't be allowed to gain assistance from it and her opinion I should quit my job and try to get on SSI I should switch religion church. And not pay for my bills and tithing so I can pay for rent forget bout paying for my car, basic needs. I must sacrifice it so I can have roof over my head as a single woman. On take home pay yearly income 17,000 she hadn't seen my bills it's based on my sister opinion..
