MY MOTHER WAS ADMITTED INTO THIS FACILTY AFTER HAVING KNEE REPLACEMENT SURGERY, THE WORST PLACE I HAVE EVER SEEN OR BEEN IN FOR PEOPLE NEEDING REABILITATED FOR WHATEVER REASON THE PLACE IS DISGUSTING THE STAFF ARE RUDE . WHEN I ARRIVED TO VISITMY MOTHER NO ONE COULD EVEN TELL ME WHAT ROOM SHE WAS IN AFTER ASKING 4 PEOPLE FINALLY FOUND HER, NOT TO MENTION MY MOTHER IS 73 YEARS OLD AND HAD TO WAIT 6 HOURS FOR SOME ONE TO TAKE HER TO THE BATHROOM. THEY BLAME IT ON THERAPY DEPT . IM CALLING BS THATS WHAT YOUR CNAS ARE TRANED TO DO, OR MAYBE GET A BETTER THERAPIST THAT CAN ACTUALLY BE TO WORK AT A DECENT TIME. AND LETS NOT FOREGET THEY WERE 2 HOURS LATE GIVING HER HER MEDS, BUT WHEN I GOT ANGRY AND SAID SOMETHING THEY HAD THEM RIGHT TO HER. I PERSONALLY DEEM THIS PLACE UNLIVABLE FOR ANY ONE TO LIVE IN I WOULD NOT LET MY ANIMALS LIVE THERE, AND IM NOT JUST SPEAKING FOR MY MOTHER IM SPEAKING FOR EVERY OTHER PERSON THAT IS THERE. LAST BUT NOT LEAST MAYBE THE PATIENTS THERE WERE BETTER TAKING CARE OF IF THERE WERENT 6 OR 7 STAFF MEMEBERS. OUTSIDE KICKIN IT SMOKING CIGARERTTES. UNSTEAD OF TENDING TO YOUR PATIENTS. I WILL BE GETTING IN TOUCH WITH HEALTH DEPT AS WELL. SOME THINGS I CANNOT PUT ON HERE, I WILL SAVE THAT FOR THE HEALTH DEPT OR LAW TO HANDLE

I had a very bad experience with my mother being a resident here. My mother lived there for a couple of years, and during her stay there, I dealt with nurses walking off away from me when I ask them a question, the nursing desk unwilling to transfer me to anyone in the front office whenever I would call and asked to speak to somebody up front, nurses hanging up on me when I called and ask them questions, but what really upset me was my mother had a broken bed and it wouldn't sit up and they were not willing to give her a different bed or move her to a room with a working bed. They told us maintenance would have to come fix her current one. Maintenance was called and never came, when I called the next day they told me that she had her bed fixed. I came to visit her and her bed was not fixed. I asked the social worker there named Angela if my mother could get a different bed since maintenance supposedly came and it was still broken. Angela just said "no". She then proceeded to call maintenance again, and I sat there for a very long time once again waiting for maintenance and they never arrived. I am not sure why they would not let my mother have a different bed or move her to a room with a working bed. They saw how upset I was that my mother was unable to sit up in her bed and they were not willing to help us at all. I asked if we can move her to a different facility since they were not willing to do something as simple as let her get a different bed. They gladly made arrangements for her to move to a different facility and leave. When my mother left the facility, we were sent a piece of paper to ask for our input on the facility. I wrote down our experience with the broken bed and the unwillingness of them to accommodate us with something simple that would keep my mother there in their facility. I wrote how I thought the beds should be updated because they were the old crank style that could not be raised by the residents, while other facilities had more updated beds that were pushed button and easy for residents to sit up. I found out a week later that they bought ALL of the residents brand new electric beds. It really hurts knowing that they wouldn't even give my mother a different manual bed or switch her to a different room, and they let me take her out and move her to a different facility rather than trading out another working bed for her, but then as soon as she left they bought every single person there a brand new bed. I am traumatized by this place and feel like I actually could have had a lawsuit. If I were smarter I would have done some things differently, but it will never be forgotten. It seems like they change directors frequently, and things are not ran very good. The caseworker was very unhelpful, and should not have that job. I guess everybody there who has an electric bed now can thank me. Prior to this, they only let people staying short-term for physical therapy have the electric beds but the people spending the rest of their lives there had outdated beds that couldn't be raised by the residents. Unacceptable what happened considering a lot of people give up all of their assets and money to these nursing homes, and they wouldn't do something as simple as trade her broken bed for another one. I don't really want an automatic response from them saying that this will help them improve. It's too late as far as I'm concerned.

Fayetteville Health and Rehab has truly been a lifesaver for our family. When it came time to find the right place for my father-in-law, who was struggling with dementia, we were overwhelmed and unsure of where to turn. From the moment we walked into their facility, we knew we were in good hands. The staff is incredibly caring, attentive, and knowledgeable. They took the time to listen to our concerns and helped guide us every step of the way, ensuring my father-in-law was placed in an environment that suited his needs. The warmth and compassion they show to every resident is evident, and we’ve seen firsthand how they go above and beyond to make sure their residents feel safe, comfortable, and truly cared for. It’s not just about providing care; it’s about treating everyone like family. We are so grateful for Fayetteville Health and Rehab for helping us through a difficult time and giving my father-in-law a wonderful place to call home. We couldn't ask for a better facility to support his needs! Highly recommend to anyone looking for quality care with a personal touch!

My best friends mom is a patient there. I always wanted to give the staff the benefit of the doubt cause I know it may not be easy so sometimes but I'm definitely concerned about this place after what I have witnessed time and time again visiting this place. Her mom will call daily saying that they're not answering her call button and that her mom is wet and so she tries to call up to the rehab nobody will answer or they'll even answer and hang up over and over again. This is definitely concerning.
