Unprofessional no workers make promises they neverintend on keeping.. Internal turmoil inside the company very toxic situation.. During the time I only qualified for 25 hours a month. I never got half that.. The first managers I encountered took their workers and went to their own company. Just dumping me in the process leaving me without services. Looking again for adequate care... -5☆ These other reviews must have been from a LONG TIME AGO or they aren't legit or I was singled out.. Good Luck⚠️‼️‼️⚠️

My request was~help that was professional and motivated~When I required capable staffing they never had anyone to send.then I found out.. Oh❗️ So I was abandoned by this company❗️ As in they stopped taking my calls stop answering my text and refused to acknowledge or inform me of thier decision to no longer provide my services. I guess a person was never safe in your care. Krista just informed me.. You did a terrible job. Weeks prior: Johnathan, I haven't had service nor has your office contacted me after several weeks of my asking for update. Are you still intending on providing service?? NO RESPONSE 👎 It's been 2 months and you sent someone incapable who messed up a lot of stuff in my home before she left midshift. My primary question when I approached your company was, "Do you have staff to provide?" So far, 8 weeks later and we've lost communication=AGAIN 😕 VERY DISAPPOINTED 😞 =AGAIN.. This was after the 1st line of issues was raised and addressed of incoherent response from staff; I would like to thank Jonathan for helping me understand the rocky start to our services and resolving the issues swiftly.. Thank you 😊 🙏 OBVIOUSLY THIS COMPANY HAS MORE ISSUES THAN THEY CAN MAKE UP FOR. I request professional and motivated help they had no one to send kept asking if they can just send Anyone out my response was ABSOLUTELY, IF YOU HAVE PROFESSIONAL AND MOTIVATED PPL PLEASE SEND ASSISTANCE. That was the last I heard from them before they abandoned my care plan without notice or acknowledgement.. Extremely unpredictable..but they'll promise you the world 🌎 ⚠️⛔️🚫

I have been very happy with the home services provided to my Mom. The care providers are great and the main office does a good job of communicating with me. The rate is quite reasonable as well.
