BTV itself is beautiful. The building, atmosphere and residents are the best part. Unfortunately Health Care has new "management" that has ran alot of good long term employees off. I hate to say after 6 yrs I had to leave bc of said management.

We recently took a tour of the facilities. We also had lunch there. Two of our Family members accompany us on the tour. I went in with a skeptical attitude, looking for something to criticize. Based on our experience, I cannot name one thing that I found substandard or unacceptable. It was quite the contrary. Additionally, the social aspect was so positive and energetic that it took a little time to adjust. I have visited many retirement homes. I have never been to a CCRC before though. In my experience, Butterfield is a beautiful place.

We were more than disappointed with our loved one's experience in the Healthcare unit and this was expressed in real-time to no avail. I would not want anyone to go through what my family did. I saw in an earlier response where you stated that Healthcare is "evaluated by the State of Arkansas Department of Human Services Office of Long Term Care regularly" as if to shut down the person's comment. Of course this is true, every nursing home is "evaluated regularly" but perhaps you should stay more on top of actually checking your evaluation scores before attempting to use that to negate the concerns of others. Your current evaluations (and yes they are current) are shamefully low, with incident and violation details accessible to the public on the Medicare CMS nursing home compare site. My advice to you would be to take a good hard look around and clean house! Prayers for the residents 🙏🏻

It would be wonderful if you could rely on an honest review, but when you consider that out of 45 reviews, OVER 20 of them are employees or former employees (all giving 5 stars, lol), it really doesn't give an accurate or fair picture of the community! Things that are pretty on the outside aren't always pretty on the inside, especially considering what has happened to Healthcare over the last year. There are other retirement options in NWA now and that is a really good thing.
