A truly unassisted living facility. Everything was fine during times when little to no care was required, but when such occasions took place the staff at Faithful Friends were neither faithful nor friends. My family member was shamed for having a bad attitude when she was in a manic state that required medical attention. Very small errands like those to secure feminine hygiene supplies were denied. Promised social outings never took place. When my family member was hospitalized overnight the staff didn’t reach out to me or anyone else to investigate. If all you are seeking is 3 lackluster meals a day and a bed in a quiet neighborhood then this may be a good option. Beyond that, buyer beware!
